Hi, I’m Jill, the creator of *The Midlife Glow-Up*, a coaching program designed exclusively for women navigating midlife. With over 25 years of experience as a female-only coach, I specialize in helping women transform their health, body, and confidence—without extreme diets or exhausting workouts. The Midlife Glow-Up has successfully guided countless women to feel stronger, balanced, and truly energized, showing that it’s never too late to thrive!
I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Back Pain Specialist. I also have extensive experience working with women through perimenopause and menopause, understanding the unique challenges and changes that come with this stage of life. Over the years, I’ve partnered with doctors, led weight loss clinics, and studied nutrition to provide my clients with the most effective, science-backed guidance.
My true passion is empowering women. I believe every woman deserves to feel confident, strong, and powerful, and I love proving that you can reshape both your body and mind at any age.
Alongside coaching, I also host a podcast where I dive into topics that matter most to midlife women, from managing hormonal changes to building strength and confidence.
As a busy mum to four, a nan to seven, and a dog mum to two, I know that fitness needs to fit into a real, full life—not take over it. I don’t spend my life in the gym or living out of plastic containers, and I don’t expect my clients to either. Whatever path you take to improve your health, fitness, and lifestyle, it should be enjoyable, sustainable, and tailored to you.
