I went to Jill because I can’t be trusted on my own and nothing else had worked for me. From the start she has been amazing. She listens and generally cares about the people she works with and their goals. Jill has taught me so much along the way, so I know why I’m doing things and how my body and the exercise I’m doing works. She’s a genius. Training with Jill has honestly changed my life. I always said I wasn't a "gym person" and the thought of walking into a gym terrified me. Working with Jill is so different, she has a lovely private studio with all the weights you need and she really knows her stuff! I've been with Jill for almost a year and now working out has become a habit; part of my lifestyle. I'm so much stronger, happier and more confident, and continue to surprise myself with what my body can do. I absolutely wouldn't have got here without Jill's constant support, having her to be accountable to really helps, and she's great at motivation. She also understands that life is about balance and sometimes you need a pizza or a wine! For any absolute beginners, I would 100% recommend Jill as a PT as she's amazing at explaining things without making you feel stupid and so approachable for any random questions! Training with Jill is the best decision I've made in a long time.

 So much to say about my journey with Jill … as a fitness professional myself everyone assumes we are always on point with food and training and easily motivate ourself to stay on track. This is 100% not true. I can stand at the front of a class with 30 people and hopefully make their training fun and rewarding especially on the days they are low and no energy… that’s my job. When it comes to my own self care it’s not so easy. I was always knackered , always heading for the biscuits and mostly , being menopausal , would use every excuse I could think of not to train for myself. I messaged Jill to help me . Within two weeks of virtual training ( I live in the midlands and Jill in the south ) I had found my mojo , every symptom of menopause had disappeared and the only way I can describe it is that I found myself . Yes it’s true …3 30 minute weight workouts did all of the above for me . The daily messages kicking me up the ass helped too . I’m a much happier, stronger and more balanced version of myself , yes I put the effort in but I couldn’t have done it without the support and passion off Jill. Thank you Jill you made me believe in myself again and I will be forever grateful for giving me my life back.
