Terms and Conditions for Personal Training Services
1. Booking and Session Expiry:

All personal training sessions must be booked in advance.

Sessions are only valid for the month in which they are booked.

Any session not utilized within the booked month will expire.
2. Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for the cancellation of any personal training session.

Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the session being charged in full.
3. Payment:

Payment for personal training services is due in advance of the first session each month.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or via the web site.
4. Refunds:

No refunds will be provided for unused sessions, except in the case of serious illness or injury, supported by a medical certificate.
5. Rescheduling:

Personal training sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
6. Expiry and Extension:

Sessions that have expired cannot be reinstated.

In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the personal trainer, sessions may be extended or credited for extenuating circumstances.
7. Commitment:

Clients commit to a minimum of four sessions per month.

Any deviation from the agreed-upon commitment must be discussed and approved by both parties.
8. Fitness Assessment:

Clients must undergo a fitness assessment before commencing personal training sessions. This assessment will help tailor sessions to individual needs and capabilities.
9. Code of Conduct:

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all personal training sessions.

Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the client-trainer relationship.
10. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the personal training relationship with a minimum of one month's notice.
By entering into a personal training agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
